CARE TEAM OPPORTUNITIES
Prepare the way for people to fully engage in weekend worship. These teams help welcome people “from the street to the seat”. There are many roles available for you to serve with your unique abilities:
· Partner Care: Welcome people warmly as they enter church buildings. Showing interest in a loving fashion that will set a positive and uplifting environment. They Look after people being seated for worship service. Working as a team to facilitate offering time, communion time, etc.
· Parking Lot : Direct people with enthusiasm and joy as they enter and leave church parking areas. Provide guidance, assistance and information as needed.
· Guest Relations: Ensure our first, second and third time guest receive the best "Kingdom Empowerment Experience" from the time they arrive on campus until they depart. They welcome our guest, escort their children to our KEYS area, answer questions about our ministry, provide gift bag for first-time guest, gather information from our guest, and follow-up after service inviting them to meet our campus Pastor/Leader.
Enter data from guest and follow up through with guest throughout the week. They also meet assist new families joining the ministry by gathering information and assisting them with Next Steps.
· Next Steps: Next Steps is our journey to getting connected at Kingdom Empowerment. During this experience people connecting with Kingdom Empowerment will know God, grow in relationship, discover purpose and serve along side us as we impact our communities.
